About Us

Welcome to Gusto Italiano

Founded in 2008 by Chef Marco Bianchi, Gusto Italiano began as a dream to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to our community. What started as a small trattoria has grown into an award-winning restaurant known for its commitment to traditional Italian cooking techniques and the finest ingredients.

Our philosophy is simple: respect for ingredients, passion for cooking, and dedication to creating memorable experiences for our guests. We source many of our ingredients directly from Italy, including our extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, San Marzano tomatoes from Campania, and authentic Parmigiano-Reggiano from Emilia-Romagna.

The Gusto Italiano Story

2008

Chef Marco Bianchi opens the first Gusto Italiano with just 12 tables, serving traditional family recipes from his childhood in Sicily.

2012

Received our first culinary award for "Best Authentic Italian Cuisine" from the National Restaurant Association.

2015

Expanded to our current location, featuring an open kitchen, wood-fired pizza oven, and private dining room for special events.

2019

Launched our farm partnership program, sourcing fresh produce from local organic farms while maintaining our Italian imports.

2023

Celebrated 15 years of serving authentic Italian cuisine and named "Top Italian Restaurant" by Food & Wine Magazine.
